There are a lot of good foods in the world. We can eat various foods. However, there are some bad things or side effects in eating some foods although they are good for our health. Also, there are some bad diets such as eating only vegetables or eating only meat. In this article, there are contents about the side effects of some foods and unhealthy diet.


The first food is coconut oil. This is usually used for diet, and it is known to be good for the skin and many parts of our body. However, if you overeat this food, it can cause you to acquire heart disease and obesity. Not only coconut but other nuts have side effects, too. Nuts can cause indigestion when you overeat them. Then, the second food is yogurt. Many people eat this for proper digestion because yogurt has lactobacillus. However, there are some things in yogurt except this. For example, there is a lot of sugar in yogurt. In fact, there is 15.1 g sugar in a 100 ml yogurt. It means that there are around seven cubes of sugar in a bottle of 150 ml yogurt.

Moreover, there are some bad effects of unhealthy diets. The first diet is vegetarianism. Vegetarianism can help the body becomes slim. Also, you can protect your health from many diseases. However, there are some bad things that may result because of this. If you only eat vegetables, you cannot gain other nourishment well. For example, you cannot gain protein and iron. IT can cause you to have nutrient deficiency. On the other hand, if you only eat meat, you can have some problems with your health, too, such as obesity because of too much fat. Like this, not only eating only meat but also eating only vegetables can cause some health problems.

Foods can cause you unexpected health problems and diseases even though you think they are good for your health. It is because there are some side effects of eating one kind of food. So, we should first check the foods' nutritional value before we eat them. Also, you must not overeat one kind of food. This, it is important to eat well and have a balanced diet.
