Humans continued to develop machines for their own sake. We want to live free from the weary labors, pursuing one's pleasure, and advanced mentations. However, we cannot ever be free from harsh labor even nowadays. We are still suffering from unemployment, overwork, low pays, and exhausting days. Even in unemployment problems, we already produced a great rival ourselves; robots. How can we overcome these threats? The answer is in reforming our society's system.
To materialize our have-to-dos to reform our society's systems, we have to nationalize industries and increase the number of civil servants. With a private enterprise structure, we cannot escape from the gap between the rich and the poor; even in the era of the Fourth Industrial Revolution. Moreover, the expansion of the market, which sells intellectual property rights, has to be enacted. Many engineers emphasize that creativity is the only way humans can survive in the era of the Fourth Industrial Revolution.
Then, how can we reform our society? We have to start this huge project by establishing planned communities, embodying license systems for employment, supporting individuals as the marketers, and expanding the opportunity of an education. Systematized contests and develop human resources can also be the answer. Also, we have to reduce population growth. Population growth is the symbol of development, but now, it means more competitors and more mouths to feed.
We have lasted for more than one hundred years with the same social systems. We work, sleep, and do the same routine. Where is the freedom we have wanted? With these stagnant society systems, we cannot chase the speed of scientific development and get through a period of transition. We have to seek a new system for the new era.
