Imagine our country's idol performing their songs in an international stage. Does it sound fantastic? Actually, it became real in this year. The K-pop idol group, BTS, performed their debut song at the 2017 AMAs on November 19, 2017.

BTS, which means Bangtan Boys, consists of seven members, including RM, Jin, Suga, J-hope, Jimin, V, and Jungkook. They debuted in Korea on June 13, 2013. They released their newest album called Love Yourself, and the album ranked on the Billboard 200 Chart.

BTS performed their songs titled "DNA", and "GOGO". "DNA' is about the DNA in blood vessel which tells one's destiny. For example, in V's lyrics, "DNA in my blood vessel tells me, it is you that I have found.", we can guess when we listen to this part. "GOGO" means that we only live once. It is commonly used as neologism nowadays. For example, there is a word "YOLO" in the lyrics. It means you only live once. So, we can guess its meaning by the lyrics. Also, surprisingly, BTS said most of their songs are made by themselves.

News that BTS arrived at the 2017 AMAs had a big impact in K-pop industry. Many people are surprised, and many singers respect them. For example, the famous singer, Park Jihoon, said that My role model is V in BTS because he personally likes his facial expression on the stage. He also saw V's acting, and he said it was awesome. There are more singers who choose BTS as their role model. Therefore, we can say that BTS is not only popular in Korea but also in other countries.

BTS is so popular that there are a lot of schedules. How can they manage those? They said they do Korean and international activities at the same time. They said they will do their best as long as they are loved by many people. According to an interview, we can expect BTS future activities.
