South Korea's national football coach, Shin Tae-Yong, said that he talked with Mauricio Pochettino who is the football coach of Tottenham Hotspur.

▲ He had two-week trip in Europe to meet players in Europe.

Shin has arrived on December 19th, and he arrived from the two-week trip in Europe, January 5th. He talked with Pochettino, which was for checking a soccer player for 2018 Russia World Cup. Son is a left winger in Tottenham. However, he often plays as a striker for Tottenham's striker, Harry Kane. Son also showed 11 goals this season. Shin also checked Troyes AC striker, Suk Hyun-jun, in France and moved to U.K. to see players, Ki Sung-yueng in Swansea City and Lee Chung-yong in Cystal Palace.

Sin said that Pochettino told him that Son had hard times when he first arrived, but he got better and became a player who can play as the striker. Shin also said that Pochettino said they can use Son as a front striker of winger. He said that Ki is in a great condition. However, I felt that he felt that Swansea City does not use Ki much. Shin also gave tips and advice to Lee Chung-yong who lost his battle with other players. He told him that Lee has a lot of desires in World Cup. He should move the team to enhance his performance. He had better-played game much. In the case of Suk Hyun-jun, Shin said that if Suk does not get injured, he will compete with forward position players like forwards, Kim Shin-wook, Hwang Hee-chan, and Jin Sung-wook. "They need to keep this competition ongoing until the World Cup.
