Nowadays, most of the teenagers have used their own slag called Geuppsikche. For example. when they

experienced ridiculous or dumbfounded incident, they said "ozzida" or "zirida". These mean their feeling was very preposterous or they used it without meaning. This slag has been very famous among teenagers. They use it in their life and even adult can't understand what they are saying. One of the most famous Korean comedy TV, SNL, parodied situation when every word used by teenagers includes a variety of their own slag. By changing famous drama or animation used teenagers' slag, they aroused a scandal. Also. they show the status of Korean language which got broken by national people.

Recently, teenagers and internet broadcasting corporations have used slag called Geuppsikche. In fact, BJ who broadcast in the Internet used this slag first. They used pecuilar word such as "Ozzida" , "Zirrida", "~Gak" or ㅇㅈ which means agree. Teenager watching this internet broadcasting have used this slag in their life and it began to spread gradually. Online SNS such as twitter, facebook or youtube most of the young users have used this stage and talked with their friends by using Geuppsikche. "~하는 부분 " is used appropriateness about action or situation which something have to do. "~각" is used situation which predict the future about something. Lastly, "ㅇㅈ " means agreement, "앙 기모띠" was origined by Japanese expression which mean feeling great.

This slag also called 'Human Geuupsikche'. Though it is wildely used as a teenager, it can cause communication problems, as it can be seen as a language destruction level. Also, it is of

fensive to others because they include insulting slag, profanity, and caricatures. As teenagers have used this slag much more than before, the expressions of communications have become rough, and communication between many generations has begun to have many problems. Although this serious situation happens every day, the legal grounds for imposing mandatory sanctions on Internet detrimental contents that adversely affect teenagers' negative effects are insufficient. Internet broadcasting is subject to arbitration, but it is difficult to deliberate because there is no specific regulation yet. Also, it is difficult to get congested because it is broadcasted in real time on Internet broadcasting.
