   Football governing organization of Korea Republic is now discussing about the role for the formal Korean national football team head coach, Guus Hiddink. He told that he would not care any positions but only want to help Korean football team. Guus Hiddink, who is being discussed with his role for the national team, had once became the Korean head coach and made good result in the 2002 World Cup. He was also the formal manager of the Spanish club Real Madrid, and the club in London, Chealsea.

   According to the research evidence conducted by the Realmeter nationwide, 70.2% of the Korean citizens asserted that we need the old man’s help and advice, supporting that since the position in the national team is meaningless, the position of head coach or at least, the tactician advisor, should be given to him. The Korean Football Association, has been emphasizing that the Shin coach, who is working as the head coach of the national team now, will continue to serve as the head coach at least in Russia World Cup, and the position of Guus Hiddink will be the tactician advisor.

   The head coach in presence, Sin Tae Yong, who finally became the coach after the formal coach Uli Stielike had fired, said he is willing to get Hiddink’s help. He told at the press conference that he want to contribute to Korean football with the help of Guus Hiddink. He also talked about the recent tendency of citizen that prefer Hiddink. He admitted that the thing that he have done in 2002 was such a miracle, which means his position will be in danger if the national team makes disappointing performance in the friendly match. However, he also said that the leader do not have to concern about it and change their own philosophy.

   The KFA is recognizing the necessity of tactician advisor nowadays. I hope both Shin and Hiddink makes great harmony in the national football team, regardless of their position.
