These days, the number of the newborn babies is decreasing in South Korea for many reasons. It has become a serious problem in Korea. The birth rate is too low than other countries. There is a statistical data which shows the birth rate of the newborn babies in Korea. It is down to 11.9 percent, so about 30,300 babies were born in May. It means 11.9 percent is about 4,100 so that a tear earlier, there are about 34,400 according to the data from Statistics Korea.

The childbirths have been on the decline about 3.4 percent on year gain in November 2015, and on gear drop for six straight months starting in December last year. Since the statistical office started to compile such data on a monthly basis, the latest number also marked the lowerst birth rates tally for any May from 2000. Last year in December, the lowest number of monthly newborns, there are only 27,200 babies were born. On the other hand, the statistics data showed that the number marriages is rebounded. That because of the leap month, so people who will give birth, they make sure delivery one month earlier. Also, the number of deaths came to 23,800 in May. It is has increased to three percent from a year earlier, the report showed.

Most people know that this problem is very serious. Many young people say that Korea is not a good place to raise a child. It is because these days, if both the husband and wife are not working, they cannot live comfortably. Also, there is a problem on unemployment, so we need to solve that problem first to make way for the increase of childbirth.
