The taser gun is an electric gun for police use to repress the demonstration or riot. It has two needles with 50000 volts, and its effective range is five to six meters. When you are shot with this taser gun, your central nervous system is paralyzed temporarily.

This case is about the man who died after police shot the taser gun to him. The police said they moved to the house because the man's mother reported the man to the police. The content of the report is helping her son who was resisting not to go to a mental hospital, and he swang the shovel and sickle. So, the police went there and tried to stop him, but they could not. So, one of the police shot the taser gun first, but it missed. For the second time, the man was shot, and he was transferred to psychiatric hospital. Nevertheless, when he was going there, he showed allergy, and he was moved to the hospital in a hurry. However, he died at the hospital.

And their is many reactions on the internet. Some people said "This is not excessive use of force by the police.", "This is the situation that the police can fire live ammunition, but they just shot the taser gun." And others said "But the police can stop him by use the shield.", "Police can fire tear gas or waiting for he is enervated and suppress him."

This is the first case of a person died by the shot of a taser gun. This case can be a hot issue because of taser gun's safety and also warning that ridiculosly insufficient skill education about using taser gun. There is the reason why skill education about using taser gun is really lacking is the bullet of the taser gun is 32000 won. This price is expensive than pistol's bullet(200 won).
