Many people might have had economical problems before and had to rent a house. In South Korea, LH is an acronym that stands for Korea Land and hosing corp, LH is a company responsible for the development, maintenance, management of land, housing, cities, and lending houses. But, what do you think about LH's employees who made private interest in a bad way? There was an incident that LH's employee did land speculation by the news, and it made many people in the Republic of Korea angry.

There was official news that they would invest in Guangmyeong, Sihueng February 2021. In March, there was a doubt which was disclosed by People's Solidarity for Participatory Democracy and Lawyers for Democratic Society that LH's employee did land speculation by buying properties which they earn by working at LH before the official news. The properties planted too many trees, and it was not normal, since if plants were planted so densely, they could not grow well and might die. The reason why they planted so many trees was to get many rewards. They bought so many lands, and it was 7000×3.30579 m². Joo Ju-hyun Konkuk University's department of real estate's professor said that an insider transaction's potential was high.

Many people got mad and expressed their madness on house community, site, news website, and on social networking services. There were many criticizing comments and even memes using the word

"LH" similar to the Korean word "내" which means mine.

The Republic of South Korea's police did a search and seizure at headquarter in March 2021. The police found an estate land development map. After that, National Investigation Headquarters and the Supreme Prosecutor's Office formed a dedicated consultative body, and a government joint special investigative headquarter with a capacity of 770 members was also formed. The range of the investigation was extended including its time. Some culprits were imprisoned.

There are many people who are hoping that the investigation will be done precisely. This LH incident will be remembered by many people.
