We may need to eat insects as we reduce production and increase consumption of food. But many people mind eating insects.

The history of edible insects in China began about 3000 years ago, and there are 178 species of such insects. Of course Koreans have eaten insects. According to the people who eat insects, they are nutty and tasty. Representative edible insects include mealworm, locusts, spiders, and crickets.

Why is the consumption of insects being considered? The amount of greenhouse gas emissions in animals is 18 percent of total greenhouse gas emissions. The problem is an aversion to insect looks. If people could get over the looks of insects, insects are the perfect replacement as a future food.
