Many people think that many good experiences are good for life. Because of the need for experiences, schools have a school retreat. School retreat is good for the students to experience many things such as things related to their future career and culture. So, Munsu Middle School in Ulsan has a school retreat every year.

Last year, Munsu Middle School students went to Gyeongju for their school retreat. In there, students were tasked to find treasures and to collect stamps for them to get a present. Also, they shared their future plans and worries. Then, their teacher gave them some solutions to their worries. They played Korean musical instruments like Janggu, too. They also did Korean traditional activities such as playing a game called yut and tug of war. In the evening, they did a mini Olympics show. All students participated and did a race and many other activities. Lastly, they held a golden bell activity. The golden bell activity was about Korean history. SO, students were able to know more about Korean history.

After the school retreat, students said that it was good to do many educational experiences with their friends. Also, they thought that they were able to make a good relationship because they needed to cooperate with their friends to solve a problem and win int the competition against other groups. They also thought that they were able to know many things that schools do not teach in class. One of the students, Taehun Kim, said that it was good to do many activities with his friends and be more friendly with others. Also, he said that doing many historical activities and knowing important knowledge was good, but it was a sad fact that their time to experience was only short.

Because of the school retreat, students can experience many traditional and important things. Also, a school retreat can enhance the students' knowledge. So, most students like school retreat because they can enjoy while experiencing many things aside from learning many important things.
