Knowledge is important, but experiencing many things with other students is also important to raise fellowship and cooperation. Sin Jeong School in Ulsan, South Korea, a middle school, decided to plan and hold a sports day and a school festival for students to raise their fellowship and cooperation. Teachers made many events during these two school projects.

First, sports day is an event where students work out to win a prize. In the sports day, there are various activities. For instance, there is a relay, arm wrestling, jump rope, rolling of ball, tug of war, free throw, and hula hoop. A student who participated in this event said that it was so interesting and exciting. However, it was held on a rainy day, so there were many students who got hurt because of the slippery field. Also, they did not want their phones to be confiscated because they wanted to take pictures of their memories. The sports day is a good chance to raise students' cooperation, but there are also negative effects. For example, it caused so much trash, and there were many things to prepare for it. Also, there were some students who got hurt because of the slippery field, and several students had trouble.

Second, there is another event in this school. It is a school festival. It is a school event where students prepare to showcase their talents to other students and enjoy various experiences. For example, in this event, there are dance, singing performances, vocal performances, a theater, band performance, and many booths. A student who joined this event said that it was more exciting than what they expected. In the past, they held it in KBS Hall. Now, they held it in their school. They wanted to hold it in KBS Hall before because of its big size. The school festival was a good experience for students to be familiar with each other, but many students complained about it because of the teachers' wrong plan.

By experiencing the two school projects of Sin Jeong School, students can know the negative and the positive results of the events. Now, school and students have to negotiate well.
