Actually, he is an American citizen, because who he was two years old, his family emigrated to the U.S.A.

First of all, an animation director is a director in charge of all aspects of the animation process during the production of an animated film of television, and an animated segment for a live-action film or television. Also, he directs the whole production of animation. So, the team member of a movie and the overall budget are managed by him. Also, he directs the animation's advertisements and marketing.
