These days, there is a lot of controversies related to COVID-19 that first broke out in Wuhan, China spread to many countries, and the Republic of Korea is the second most confirmed country in the world. As a result, lots of problems and controversies over COVID-19 are being raised.

First of all, there are some controversies because of COVID-19. It is highly contagious, so it causes a limited movement as a result. For example, some schools delayed the start of a school term and held a graduation ceremony in a classroom. Also, several stores were temporarily closed. Because of these, students and self-employed people were worried about their own studies and businesses. In addition, suspected infections have become a problem as they hide the infection or refuse treatment and wander around the streets. Some people hid their route of movement or did not notify it properly.

Second, there are many social problems such as fake contact, fake news, fraud, and mask holding. When the movement of the confirmed people was made public, there were some people who wanted to buy receipts of the places where confirmed cases had visited. They would say that they had been to close contacts with the confirmed patients, obtaining paid vacation and supporting for living expenses or self-disclaim. In addition, there have been some people who pose fake news as a joke in the community and some who hoard masks and resell them at high prices.

To sum up, the coronavirus has a large social impact, and many social problems are occurring currently. Let us all follow preventive rules and keep our personal hygiene strictly, and we must make sure that we overcome this social turmoil.
