Samsung Electronics' new flagship phone, the Galaxy S8 Plus, was unveiled for the first time in New York and London. The new Galaxy S8 has many features and it may better than the previous Galaxy S7 Edge. They applied an invisible bezel design which now means that it has an invisible home button. Many people think that the best feature in the new phone Galaxy is the innovative bezel. However, I believe that this new bezel design is an essential course in the future of the smartphone.

     Anyway, this infinite display and bezel-less design has a bigger display than other phones. Its second feature is Bixby. Bixby is an Artificial Intellignece secretary. This makes the phone more comvenient. When we ask Bixby to call a specific contact in the phone, then it will make the call automatically. In the Galaxy S8, its chipsets are either the Snapdragon 835 or Exynos 8895, 4GB RAM, storage is 64GB, and it has a 10nm processor. They said that the Galaxy S8's processing time is 10% faster with 21% nicer graphics than Galaxy S7. When we compare this phone with its predecessor, the Galaxy S8 is bigger and heavier than both the Galaxy S7 and S7 Edge. The S8's battery is as the same as the Galaxy S7, but S8 Plus's battery is 100mAh lower than the Galaxy S7 Edge.

     I believe that this is because of the Galaxy Note 7's risk of explosion. Samsung does not want th S8 model to have the same problem. The charging cabel has also been changed to the USB type C. It used to be a Micro USB design both. However, Apple and LG change to USB type.

     Samsung needs to make this type of charging cable as they compete with LG and Apple. In South Korea, Galaxy S8's advance reservation is about a million. We can see the huge population lining up for the phone on its first day of opening last 18th. However, Samsung must develop better and more competitive phones because Xiaomi is beginning to grow faster than any other smartphone brand.
