Have you ever done a school project in school?

 Sinjeong Middle School had a project which was making a chair in Technology class. The materials of this project were corrugated cardboard and a glue gun. Its duration was three weeks. So, students had to make a chair within three weeks with corrugated cardboard. The purpose of this project was to make students learn to have cooperation by sharing ideas and working with friends.

There are several ways to make a chair with corrugated cardboard and a glue gun. First, the students chose the chair which they wanted to make with corrugated cardboard. They made several chairs blueprints and chose the best one. Second, they made a board of the chair. They added a lot of corrugated cardboard for the chair not to be broken. They used a lot of cardboard in this process. Third, they made chair legs. They folded the corrugated cardboard in five-fold. Then, they made four chair legs and attached them under the board of the chair. Lastly, they wrote a report making a chair. Then, a teacher read the report and evaluated the chair. The valuation basis of the project was how much weight the chair can endure.

Lee, one of the students of Sinjeong Middle School, said that he had a great time while making the chair, and he was proud of his group's work. Also, he believed that this project is good for students because they can foster teamwork. He hoped that this project to be done once again.

By doing this project of making a chair, Sinjeong Middle School students could learn the spirit of teamwork and maintain a good relationship with their friends. Making a chair project was a very helpful and fruitful time for every student of Sinjeong Middle School.
