A variety of events are held in May. Especially, festivals which deal with roses catch people's eyes. These are enough to realize that summer is coming. The 13th Ulsan Grand Park Rose Festival was held on May 26, 2019. Adults paid 2000 won, teenagers paid 1000 won, and children paid 500 won to join this festival. It provided people not only wonderful spectacles but also useful gifts.

Ulsan Grand Park Rose Festival makes an issue every ear because it selects a unique subject and welcome many visitors. For five days, people were able to enjoy the scent of roses and popular concerts this year. The smell of the roses emanated from the tourists inmost beings. This festival was held in Ulsan Grand Park Jangmiwon and Namdaemun.

The organizers made great efforts and increased the importance of the citizens' participation in the festival. Thus, they chose the main subject, "Love Story in Ulsan", and received specialized opinions which increased the citizen's participation. Eventually, they did a rose picture contest, parade, and opening point equation's citizen participation. Moreover, a street performance, puppet performance. and love concert increased the people's satisfaction.

Also, the organizers invited well-known guests such as Red Cheek Puberty, Twenty and many more. Red Cheek Puberty's concert was held on May 25 from 10 to 11:30 p.m. If you have not watched them, you can watch their concert videos in YouTube because many tourists posted it, and it showed how interesting the festival is.

Ulsan considers culture, and they try to make a cultural city with the citizens. Ulsan Grand Park Rose Festival shows the people's effort, and it helps to develop their economy's growth, too.
