Last year, the Ministry of Education reported a reorganization plan for the college entrance system of 2022. The reason is to strengthen students' right or choice and simplify selection factors so that students can prepare themselves. So, it will relieve students' burden from studying and strengthen fairness or screening for college admission.

First, the Ministry of Education recommended to the universities to increase the percent of regular admission. There are some positive evaluations because the results are objective, and the preparation is simple. However, other people have a negative option about it because schools should go back to instructor-led training, method of memorization and problem-solving education. Also, they point out that it does not fit for the purpose of the curriculum of 2015 which focused on debate, presentation, and seeking education.

Also, the pattern of writing students' records are changed. The amount of students' records is simplified. Now, students in the second grade of high school can write 4,000 words, but students in the first grade of high school can write 2,200 words. Also, awards are limited to one prize per semester. Club activities are also limited to one club per year.

Although college admission changed a year ago, some superintendents insist that it should be changed. Some are also insisting that all subjects should be changed into the absolute evaluation. As students' records will be much more simplified than now, it will be important for students to activate a lot in their school because the ability of writing will be also decisive. So, students in the first grade of high school should spend their time in high school meaningfully.
