These days, Every country in the world has its own problems. In Finland, there is a problem of discrimination against women. Finland's issue of discrimination on women's wages is among the world's third highest. Finland is a gender-equal country with an employment quota, but Finnish women earn only 83 percent of men. It means, when men make one euro, women only get 83 cents.

Finland has made great efforts to solve the problem of discrimination against women. According to Finnish men, women seem to have an advantage when they are preparing for employment by hiring more women as new employees to create an image of a company that doesn't discriminate against sex. However, most of the people in high places are men, and there seems to be a difference in the amount of money they earn by gender. However, some in Finland say that discrimination still exists and that greater efforts should be made to abolish it.

So why does the gender gap appear? The reason is that women are less likely to rise to the leadership position than men, childcare responsibilities are unevenly distributed within the family, and women usually work in positions that pay lower than men.

The Finnish Institute for Health and Welfare said, "Finland has a serious gender-based separation problem in the labor environment," adding, "Women are still working in areas such as childcare, health care, office, cleaning, and nursing. The institute also said that low wages are paid to businesses where women are mainly The report also analyzed that the fact that women's average experience is shorter than men's average experience due to childbirth and childbearing is also a factor preventing women's career development and rising wages.

First, Finland set a certain wage according to its working hours. It is not discriminated against by gender and is equivalent to all genders.

Secondly, companies which work hard for preventing gender gap are supported and promoted by the government.

Finally, The Finnish government will send inspectors to each company to observe whether they are trying to prevent gender wage differences and provide equal pay for all genders and examine them through a survey.
