and is now on the rise to the international high school that students would like to attend. Goyang

International High School hopes to foster volunteer, creative person, and cosmopolitan person. A volunteer

is a person who shares, cares, and has a social responsibility through volunteering, and a creative person is a person with creativity, fusion, and problem-solving skills. A cosmopolitan person is a person who has a

global sense of communication with the world. Goyang International High School conducts a number of

differentiated education activities to foster these talents.

Among the various educational activities, I would like to introduce you to task study, an intensive college

course, lecture on the humanities, and GGHS academic seminar. Task research activities are aimed at

further learning by defining subjects related to the major, and desired studies and exploring them according to scientific research methods and procedures. Students can solve problems on their own, improve their

own self-directed learning skills, and improve their cooperation and communication skills. Intensive college courses are advanced courses in which students are interested in their fields, complete college-level

courses, and expand their knowledge to satisfy intellectual curiosity and explore their career paths. Special

lectures in humanities will help students develop their own thinking skills and critical thinking skills through

reading, discussion, lectures, and writing. Finally, the GGHS academic seminar consists of a time of

the academic study, a time of dream and sharing, which is a time for synthesis and conclusion of educational

activities throughout the year. Academic classes are a time when students interact with each other through presentations and exhibitions of outstanding classes. The time of dream and sharing is about students'

creative planning and implementation of volunteer work through activities of their own autonomy.

As such, Goyang International High School is promoting volunteer, creative person, and cosmopolitan

person through a number of special educational task studies, intensive college courses, lectures on the

humanities, and GGHS academic seminars. Goyang International High School is a school with an
