'The Avengers: Age of Ultron' was the second-most successful foreign film at the Korean box office with 10.49 million tickets sold since 'The Avengers: Infinity War' was released. 'Avengers' is the most popular hero movie all over the world.

'The Avengers: Infinity War' was released in South Korea on April 25th, and South Korea was the first-run country. People in South Korea made a reservation, and the tickets were sold easily. After watching the movie, audiences said that it was a shocking story which goes against one's expectation. This postscript made people excited, and this made people make a reservation. On May 13th, according to the Korean Film Council, 'The Avengers: Infinity War' recorded over ten million viewers. One week later, May 20th, it has become the second-most successful foreign film at the Korean box office with 10.57 million viewers which beat 'The Avengers: Age of Ultron' with 10.49 million viewers. However, there was a movie that even 'The Avengers: Infinity War' could not beat. It was the 'Avatar', which is the No.1 foreign film of all time at the Korean box office with 13.77 million viewers. The gap between 'Avatar' and 'The Avengers: Infinity War' is as many as three million tickets.
